Congress postponement: 13 - 15 August 2021

Is my registration fee valid for the new dates in August 2021?
Yes, your registration will be applied to the new dates.

My registration was managed by a sponsor or agency, what should I do?
Contact your group leader who will be responsible for managing your registration.

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the congress in August 2021, can I be reimbursed?
Should you not be able to attend the congress on the new dates, please contact us by 12 June 2020 to discuss options.

I cancelled my registration but I will be able to attend on the new dates, what should I do?
Please contact the Registration Team ([email protected]) to discuss reinstating your registration.

What should I do with my hotel booking?
Please contact the hotel directly regarding to discuss your options.

Hotel, airline company or travel agency did not accept to reschedule or reimburse my booking for free, will the congress reimburse me?
Unfortunately, the congress is not in a position to provide reimbursements for flights or accommodation.

Should I book or change my flights now?
In light of the current global COVID-19 situation, we would advise waiting until August to book flights as there will be an update on travel restrictions, and we anticipate that more airline routes and fares will be available at that time. If you have already booked flights, please check with your airline or travel agent.

I have a presentation scheduled during the congress, what will happen with it?
It is still too early to know exactly how the program of the postponed meeting will look. We will let you know as soon as possible whether program changes will affect your presentation.

Can I change my abstract before the new congress dates?
Abstracts selected for presentation cannot be changed, however there is the opportunity to submit an updated version of your abstract. We will notify you when we are taking submissions for updated abstracts.

Where is the conference being held?

The conference is being held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Central Business District. For more information about the venue please click here.

How much does it cost to attend APGC 2021?

Prices are available on the registration page. You can also join APGS today to receive discounted registration and access to the content capture after the congress. If you have any questions about the pricing structure, email [email protected]

Does the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre have a cloakroom?

Yes. The cloakroom is situated at the concierge located at the main entrance.

Is there undercover car parking available?
